terribly sick baby

On monday, the 13th march, I used the parmalat growth 1+ milk for my 1 year olds cereal.
Immediately after her 1st s**** of porriadge she spewed and has been sick ever since.
On tuesday at 1am we rushed her to emergency/trauma, she was discharged at 3am
the whole week she did not eat or drink anything. everything she had came right back out, including water. she had severve tummy ache, vomiting and diarreahea. In a space of one week, she saw her peaditrition twice who said she has gastro. Friday she went to hospital for a barium swollow xray and other tests to see why she cannot keep anything down. Monday the 20th March, we took her back to the pead who then admitted her into hospital as she was serverely dehydrated and not getting better with the medication precribed .. She spent 4 days in Hospital, an had to be on a drip to be given fluids and anti biotics.
she is discharged now. All this time i suspected it was the milk, but did not act on it, until i came across an article on news 24 about parmalat hiding their bacteria infection and also two of my friends kids who also recently gave their babies this growth milk and they are also very ill. i refuse to believe it is gastro as she was in contact with myself , her dad and many other friends and family members and have not affected any of us. we were kept in an ISOLATED WARD with her.. surely by now we would have picked up the bug.
I missed a week of work to stay in hosiptal with her, constantly running up and down to the hospital, the pead, the pharmacy, went to the extreme of even doing xrays.. we incurred all theses costs, IN A PRIVATE HOSPITAL and stayed up MANY nights with our sick baby, all because of a carten of milk that costs less than R20.
