Terrible product and even worse customer service

This is my latest review below and the answer from Parmalate - I dont want to speak to you guys what more can I say - You don't honor your clients who paid for off milk and dont collect the milk that is clearly rotten (I see more people complaining about the same stuff) Your consultant will just tell me they will escalate my enquiry and blah blah blah - you guys deflect. I will continue to post so people know the rotten milk and rotten customer service

DO NOT BUY PARMALATE ANYTHING I really dont need to talk with you guys anymore - just assist with the complaint and make it right - I noticed another client complaining about the same issue with the milk being off and not being collected (Just as mine was not) Surprise surprise - its poor customer service - I received a voucher from Parmalat for R 40 rand when I purchased 4 x 6 packs of milk at R 89.99 PER PACK - This company is really a joke ref/24/01/832 Reply (1) See more Parmalat’s reply 11 Mar 2024 at 09:55 Good Day
