Stinky Parmalat Everfresh milk

Complained early in November last year about Everfresh "Longlife" milk that was off and i actually inadvertently consumed some with my breakfast cereal before i became aware. Was assured feedback and even whatsapped pictures on November 16, they collected the sample. Absolutely zilch feedback despite numerous whatsapps to their dedicated number. last message, past Thursday, blueticked. Not the first time i bought Rancid milk from them though, though feedback was better then. Acknowledged fault and kept sending vouchers through the mail, that i never received. could've emailed them. Or smsed a code. Terrible "customer" service on top of repetitive subpar product. No more Parmalat for me, it stinks!
