Stale milk

I hereby write with great disappointment with the recent purchase of milk; a pack of six. I made a purchase yesterday on the 26h of December 2019 at Makro Carnival. To my mother's disappointment as she made her tea the first carton was stale she threw it away,she continued to open the second and the taste and smell was the same.She had not discarded the cartons nor made everyone in the household aware of this,only up until I used one of the cartons on the counter to make the flapjacks.From speculation of the unsatisfactory taste of the flapjacks ;was my mother able to confirm that it was due to the milk I had used. I had to check the expiry date too,reads "BB 29/02/20",fortunately they are still within the safe consumption period but not of the desired quality.

I am a loyal customer of the brand and have been left puzzled and dissatisfied by this encounter,needless to mention the expenses and inconvenience.
