Sliced Cheese Disaster

What is going on with the sliced cheese packs, you cannot get the cheese out, it just is a soft mess, forget about getting a slice out, you might be lucky if you sc**** it off with a knife and then spread it on, this is the third large pack i have bought with the same problem, serious Quality issues
