Thanks to Olivia - a temporary receptionist/telephonist at Parmalat's H/O - for stepping in to help me make contact with their factory shop to arrange a visit for some 50 members of SAARP (SA Association of Retired Persons) to that outlet. She was efficient and, more important, patient polite in dealing with my frustrations. She deserves to be employed fulltime!
