Rude distasteful behavior
I unknowingly bought a tray of 6 yoghurts only to find them unflavoured, uncoloured reported this on the 16th according to the customer I was supposed to get back to me in 3working days. Of which no one did. Distasteful, rude behavior of the customer care when i called to follow up
