Poor Quality

Parmalat Cheddar 850 g brick we normally buy without problem this last one purchased. Cheese cannot be grated successfully it is dry and crumbly try it on Provita's is not a good experience. I have pictures of shredding experience. What happened to the quality just bought another Brick of same cheese what can we expect this one when we open it?
