Poor product and poor customer service Parmalat
I purchased 2 blocks of 850 G gouda cheese on the 25th of June. The very same day we opened the cheese and it tasted horrible. The texture was hard and the cheese seemed like it had dried out instead of the creamy texture it should have.
I contacted the manufacturer the very same day. I was promised I would receive a call and to date no response. Unfortunately I'm sitting with a batch of terrible cheese which is not cheap .
All the necessary details was provided and still I am left disappointed by the brand.
