Poor Customer Feedback
My husband went to the factory shop yesterday to inquire what the status was of his complaint. just to be met with a very disrespectful manager at the shop.
You told us to take pictures of the milk and to discard it. Mile sour but expiry date only Dec 2019!!!
Now he says we should have kept it. It is a health risk for my family.
They have to test the frozen sample of the batches you keep - this complaint is 3 weeks old and we are 28 boxes of milk down. Parmelat is not taking us seriously.
We will report this to the Consumer Protection Board if we do not get answers today.
This is poor for a big brand like yours.

Every time we do call ourselves, they promise to call back and then we get this poor excuse above or by sms to say they cant get hold of us. No missed calls or voice message on our phones. PLEASE GET THIS SORTED OUT TODAY.
