Parmalat you dont serve ur costomer very well you take us for granted

Good evening Last weekend me and my family we wanted a quick Saturday snack we went to picknpay we brought cheese spread unfortunately we all ate the cheese, the cheese hard an abnormal salty too much salt on it and an off taste we didnt even finish eat in the middle.of the night we all vomited and hard stomach diarrhea we didn't go to the doctor as we dont have medical aid and it was on sunday public clinc aint open the we self medicated our self with medication from the counter i used my airtime on being on a call with them asking me how long did the cheese being packed on shelve how will i know that cos i dont work there , they send a delivery to come pick the cheese back gave me ref of Ref 24/11/463 for the cheese to be tested boom got an sms with a voucher for R80 rand what about the text they said they are running? What about my family that when sick my airtime i used for calling them what did they find on the cheese that made us sick what conclusion did they make to give me 80 rands i wont rest till i get those results cos that cheese is still at shelve being sold to poor souls
