Parmalat Yoghurt

On 04 May 2016 I ate Parmalat yoghurt and realised something was seriously wrong with it. The yoghurt had a bad taste like there was some kind of chemical in it. Although I only had one teas**** full, I was nauseous for the whole day. I contacted Parmalat Customer Services the same afternoon and was given the reference number 16/05/112. I was promised that I will be notified of what was wrong with the yoghurt after it had been tested. Globeflight collected the yoghurt on 09 May 2016. Needless to say, no response. I phoned again during July 2016 and was once again promised that I will be notified of the outcome of the tests that was done. It is now 28 August 2016 and still no response. It seems to me that whatever was wrong with the yoghurt, they don't want me to know.
