Parmalat - Lack of urgency regarding complaints.

Would appreciate proper feedback regarding a complaint, rather than just been issued with a voucher. I purchased a tub of fabulite vanilla yoghurt and found it to be extremely sweet. The consultant who received my call, retrieved all my necessary personal information as well as information of the product, but there was zero follow up since the 26th February 2020. Clearly there is urgency or seriousness when dealing with complaints!
