PARMALAT IS PATHETIC
I called to make a complaint about cheese I bought that had some factory fault they asked me to send them the product information, I did, they guy who initially logged the complaint never told me to send it. He asked me if I had whatsapp I told him no I have an email, and never prompted me to send anything now it is my fault that I never asked for an alternative method since I dont hav whatsapp to send the information. They **** and said to me they will contact me in 72hrs none of that happened I had waited and waited till today for a complaint logged on the 6th June these people are pathetic they lie and they never fixed the issue i wasted my money buying that product never again.
