Parmalat horrible milk and customer service

I bought milk which expires in December and I was disappointed to taste the most horrible milk while having breakfast. The milk tasted off and as if it's straight from a ***. I sent a message to parmalat and I was asked a million questions and if I didn't have the product details or the till slip the lady said she won't be able to help me.

I bought 4 boxes and dissapointed at how you treat your customers.
