Parmalat Customer complaints service is non existant.

I have been buying parmalat products for years and on the 26th October 2023, I bought yogurt 2 x 6 packs. The product was damaged and I called customer complaints. They advised me to send the pictures and details of damaged products and receipt of purchase. I have had no response from them to date. I called again and they said someone will call me. Nothing to date. This is totally unacceptable and unprofessional. I will never buy parmalat products ever again. I will definitely advise friends and family of this.
