Not happy nor satisfied

Hi All, I am not so sure what to say regarding the PARMALAT double cream (chocolate chip) yoghurt 1kg we bought at Pick n Pay (Letsheng Mall). It was on sale for R36.99. It says chocolate chip but none was seen or tasted on the yoghurt, and it just tastes as if I am eating a plain yoghurt which is not my Favorite. Can I please get some advice on how it should taste, I thought it would be sweet and have those chocolate chip we normally find on the Parmalat Low or Medium fat. I am so disappointed as I am writing this email, I tried to eat it as a snack. I am working but the taste is horrible. I can't pretend to think I have spent money thinking I will have a snack for the night as I will be working. I am reachable on ***, please say something or if I am not sane.

Then Brenda Masa called me from Lactalis called me to find out what happened I explained as the above email and she requested I send her pictures of the yoghurt inside and the expiry date which I did and I got het email stating she tried calling me but I was not available which is all lies and I responded saying I am available she can call me but still nothing, what is disappointing and giving me frustration is the fact that I still have the product inside my fridge and nothing is being done about the service or product from Parmalat or PnP. Now I am busy emailing her but no response from anyone.
