Moldy cheese spread

I bought a melrose cheese spread biltong flavoured from a shop, the bottle was still sealed and i broke the seal about 15min after I bought it, there was mold present and the best before date is only on the 19/04/2021 i bought it and opened it on the 03/02/2021 After which i called to their customer support and talked to a lady that said i must send a proof of the bottle to her via Whatsapp, which i did........ It is the 17/02/2021 still no response from them
