MILK LOOKS OFF AND DISGUSTING

Dear Hello Peter, we had purchased X 2 boxes of 6 milks and both boxes have this white thick substance that looks like the milk is off, which I had dropped down X 2 boxes, it's looks terrible offering somebody a cup of tea with these huge lumps of thick white substance floating around, doesn't look appetising at all. Please Help.
