milk having funny taste

I have made a complaint to the call centre and they gave ne ref no: 15/02/1487.<br> <br> My problem was that the milk that I bought had a funny taste and my family kept drinking it cause they taught it was their tastes buds. we opened another box and still it was the same thing. I called and complained and they promised that they will come pick up the milk in 72huors to go and investigate what the problem was but up until today they haven't called or anything. I am very upset because they are not keeping up to their promise.<br> <br> until today there hasn't been any response or anything. Their customer service really is bad
