Lies, lies and more ignorance!

So more inconsistencies and more feedback being awaited from the high and mighty head office staff, recieved a call today from the "Mathew" I apparently got called from on the 8th if March, he nows says he assumed I was contacted, so no one actually called me as I pointed out to Ashton last week. Again more lies as Mathew now claims nothing can be done as the competition closed end of February. This after a recorded confirmation call from Ashton that my money was safe and secure and waiting for payout as he confirmed I was a rightful winner! So we wait some more! Let's see how much worse they can tarnish their company name and highlight the urgent need for internal communication and training as well as customer service! Shocking Parmalat/Lactalis!
