I will never buy any Pharmalat product again!

I notified Pharmalat of the long life milk that is off, even send them pictures of the expiry date and batch no. After no response was received I wrote a review on HelloPeter and then received a call. I even told the guy that I thought my review will get some reaction from them. After a long debate about that I should have received a voucher via sms and the process they follow he eventually understood that I would not have done the bad review if I got a replacement as I thought would happen. Needless to say, here is another review as I still have not received anything. Not even a follow up call to ask me if I am now happy. This is just another way of frustrating customers that are already not happy to pay for a product that cannot be used!
