Expired Things

We bought Parmalat everfresh milk and the milk was spoiled before the expiry date. I I gave them a call and I was told that they will get back to me after three working days. I haven't gotten feedback until now, I gave them call on the 1st of July 2022 and my ref number is: 22/07/06 .
