Easygest Milk out of Stock

I have been to 10 different stores in Kempton Park over the last 3 days and could not find any Easygest Milk (this is the only milk I can use as it is Lactose Free). I called Parmalat today to inquire about the stock shortage and got put through to the call centre where the lady I spoke to (not surprisingly) did not even know the product, then she proceeded in saying that its out of stock and she does not now when the product (which she does not know) will be back in stock, oh yes, and she said no one in the company knows.<br> I then decided to go straight to the top and call the number on the website which says, office of the CEO. A friendly chap answered but all 4 numbers he put me through to went onto voicemail. My first question is : is there anyone working at Parmalat? and secondly, maybe writing about it here will prompt someone to make the effort in giving feedback as to when the stock will actually be on the shelves again??
