Disgusting rotten Steri Stumpie

I have always bought Steri stumpies but was completely disgusted this morning when I opened one and gave my toddler a sip,she coughed and said it's not nice. I had a taste and it had completely congealed.It had massive lumps in it,so it had gone off. And the sell by date is 2021. Very disappointed in a product I have bought since it was in glass bottles. Even more angry that my child had to drink it.
