Company not responding

I bought a six pack of 1 litre low fat milk - Parmalat product. When I opened 1st 2 bottles it was off. The top is molded. The expiry date is the 6 of May 2017! I tried calling several times but they do not pick up the help line. I have left a message on their website but no one responds. Nope I will not by Parmalat products again. Its disgusting service for such a big company.

Dear Parmalat

After several discussions with your consultants and several calls back my issue has not yet been resolved. Parmalat gave me a voucher to redeem at my closest Checkers which I cannot use because Checkers declines the transaction. I have attempted to call you and left meassages for Natasha to contact me which she has not done. Firtsly I would like to express my disgust with the milk I bought and the fact that I recieved a voucher to buy the same products which I am disgusted with. Secondly when I went to redeem the voucher I was embarrased infront of everyone in a packed shop to be told your transaction is declined! I am really frustrated with Parmalat and I will never buy a Parmalat product again and will indeed tell my friends and families not do the same. The money I spent to buy the milk in the 1st place is not worth the drama you put me through!
