Come on Parmalat...show me...

So ons star here based on the fact you have to star rate before you can comment. I give Parmalat a big fat 0 stars. My friend has a son who is severely autistic and the only thing he drinks is the 200ml BOX strawberry flavour Steri Stumpie, now I understand that the machine is broken, but when I say the only thing he drinks, I mean the ONLY thing, they have tried other flavours, containers and brands but with autism, if the want one thing it becomes a need. So as I was saying, in PE all the other flavours are made, but Strawberry is made in Cape Town, now because this machine is out of order stocks are low in PE, when they contacted Parmalat they were met with a it will be fixed on such and such a date...basically telling them to deal with it. So will Parmalat cover the cost of dehydration for a 5 year old? Can they not send the recipe to PE where we have working machines which can produce this flavour. She is prepared to pay for each and every box and has run from end to end of the PE, from Malabar, to Gelvan, to Kwa-Magxaki, to MetLife and even NatWest sometimes she gets lucky, but most times it's disappointing. I would like to know if Parmalat machines are fixed using nuclear fusion? What could possibly be taking so long? Also can you as a conglomerate really be saying, you're a small fish in a big pond, your business doesn't matter? I challenge you to get back to me, by the relevant person not one of your small fish l, I am looking for the head honcho over there to show me the size of his heart and give me the chance to hear what the hold up is and why when there is an obvious need, are stocks so limited when sent to PE. Parmalat how about you sponsor this family for a while too??? Hey you obviously have enough money and don't need theirs!
