Chemical taste and smell steri stampie

It has now been almost two months since me and my husband one evening each had a sterry stampi. After my husband opened his and took 2 big gulps of his stampie, he instantly got very sick. His bottle had a horrible taste and smell like a sort of chemical.

He was sick for the rest of the night with vomiting and stomach cramps. I wrapped the bottle and placed it in the freezer, it wouldn't freeze at all. It was boiling over inside the freezer making all the food smell like the chemical. I sent an email to parmalat and got a response that they would like to collect the sample and send it to for testing.

It has been collected almost two months ago and now I don't get any response from them as to what made my husband so sick with stomach cramps and vomiting. I have been sending emails without any response. I don't even want to think what would have been the result if it was a small child that had the bottle in question.

No refund, no replacement nor any compensation was received for a horrible night we had to endure.
