Cheese Gone Green (Fungal)

<p>Good Day . I would like to inform you that I am extremely disappointing in the quality of your items . I have purchased the Parmalat Gouda Slices 400 G several times and have noticed the individual packets within the packet is open and the cheese has pieces that has fungi on it due to being opened without having used the item. Another complaint is that other cheese slices, the packet is very sticky and the cheese slices does not easily come out of the packet as well as it often breaks within the process of taking the cheese out due to the stickyness. I have also purchased the 850 G Big block of cheese and within 2 weeks of purchase the cheese was refrigerated properly but the cheese turned into a fungi mixture which was extremely disappointing. This breaks my heart to have spend money on what I assumed was quality products having went through the information on your website, but the actual quality was definitely not of the standards you state. I have my proof of the last purchase and however could not keep blocks of fungi in my possession so discarded the cheese, but would like a follow up on this as soon as possible. Thank You.</p>
