Black Mold in cheese spread
Good day,
I have a situation I bought a special @ makro your melrose cheese spread, This was two for the price of one. during the end of last months. The is the regulary grocery shopping we do. My wife opened up the bacon one today 03 November with the expiry date 01/02.21 but this has black mold in it. Please advise as I just put this back in the fridge. I do not have the slip to take this back to Makro or should I go to consumer complaints. Please advise how I can get refunded. This is unexpectable as I and a regular buyer of your products. If my kids had opened this up and ate it they would end up in hospital but we got lucky my wife opened it as this was for lunch bread
