A cut above the rest!
I would like to give Parmalat a huge shout out! One of their products were slightly off par and I decided to inform them via their website. Within a few days I received a call from a friendly consultant informing me that they have received my complaint and are terribly sorry for the inconvenience and gifted me with a voucher. I will continue to support Parmalat, not only because their products are great, but they take customer care to heart. A division where so many other manufacturers fall short. Thank you Parmalat!
