A customer focused company

My compliment is actually about a complaint that was handled so efficiently and quickly that has now turned into a compliment.

I wrote a complaint to Parmalat regarding one of their product which was not satisfactory. I sent an email regarding the cheese that was bought from a Shoprite store over the weekend. Firstly the respond time was very quick , I must say I was not expecting that. I spoke to a lady by the name of Natasha in their cape town offices who apologized , and explained the complaint process . She kept me updated all the time. The product was picked up and I also got a voucher as compensation. I would like to thank Parmalat for the great staff , for caring about their customers great customer services and very efficient service. I will continue to use their products and recommend them to friends and family.
