Unprofessional

<p>I logged a complaint in October 2016 , up till today it hasn't been resolved. Today was one of the many attempts I have made by calling them trying to resolve it. To my surprise I was attended once again by one unprofessional agent by the name of Michelle who felt it appropriate for her to address me in Vernacular forgetting that Business Language is English . Once again I wasn't surprised as the customer service is pathetic. My complaint has still not been resolved </p>
