Disgraced Parm Garay Africa

I am a small construction and Renovations business. I was hired by Parm Garay Africa to renovate the Ablution area. I ask for a deposit which they were quick to pay, they gave us a deadline which I met. Now I am having difficulty with them paying the final payments. I have a family to feed and many people depending on me for payment aswell. I confronted the lady in charge of enquiries and she blocks me. I get told after a week its only been handed to the financial department. This is why small businesses cannot function because of ridiculous places like this that look down on small businesses.
