VERY HAPPY CLIENT

Best service I have received in a long time, we booked back in Dec 2020 for a 5 day stay in Jan 2021 but because the beaches were closed we have decided to move out stay to the Easter weekend. The lady that handled our bookings name is Alison. What an amazing lady. I changed our booking 3 times and she assisted me with grace and patience. I will definitely recommend this hotel to anyone wanting to go for a holiday in Durban. The only hiccup was with our room. They had to move us 3 times but that was just a minor issue. Apart from that we had a lovely stay. Everyone was friendly and welcoming. I didn't get the names of the rest of the staff but BIG UPS to all of them. Thank you thank you thank you.
