disgusting service

<p>This place is an absolute joke! Don't waste your time or momey going here! The pictures look amazing but on arrival it looks completely different. I arrived to unwilling to work staff, then taken to my room that had a putrid smell!! The gate didnt even lock, the door was broken and the sliding door didn't lock. When i called management there was no answer day after day. When i finally got a response i was told that there was nothing wrong with the room yet the manager doesn't even come to the building. I refused to spend one night in a place like this and was refused my money back.</p> <p> </p> <p>These people are disgusting and should be shut down!!!</p>
