ANOTHER CASE OF ABUSE OF THE AGED

Elderley, disabled man messes pants and bedroom because nurses and care-givers take an hour to respond to his call. The entire staff is aware of his condition and he calls downstairs for help to the bathroom, and when they eventually arrive, he has soiled his pants, battled on his own to the bathroom and messed everything in his attempts. He is then told to get his loved ones to clean his clothing & room up and then leave. Why do the guests have to fight with anyone to receive the services they are paying for already? They are directed to the 'carers' at Parkview who in turn direct them to the nurses. I am disgusted at how the wisest of us are treated. I do not claim to offer services that totally contradict those that I do offer. I will advertise THIS on every platform that I find.
