Poor car condition

I bought a car at parkview auto vereeniging, Daniel Botha *****ed me, he never disclosed the car has a problem bought it end of January 2023 but already he tried fixing oil leakage 5 times water leakage also promised to do front suspension but has not and already claimed from my warranty without my concern. How can one claim the car is in good condition yet already started fixing it within such period of time and keep telling you all expenses are on him yet claimed from my warranty, and he keeps telling the bank he cant maintain the car for me, yet this are the things he should have attended too before selling the car to me. Am not enjoyinhg this car at all cause everyday i am thinking it might need fixing of somethting else again. I am regretting buying the car there, i give him zero rate don't buy your cars there if you want peace of mind also be careful of being financed by WESBANK cause they are also not helping matters i reported him to them but they are listening to everything the dealer tells them they don't care about their customer.
