Niel sold me a vehicle that had battery terminals that were glued on, when I eventually found out why my daughters car constantly wouldn't start we discovered the 'glued' on points. It cost me money to be repaired to which he promised to reimburse me, to date my requests have been ignored. I ask weekly, I'm promised a POP and now I need to be heard. I hate complaining but if you say you going to settle something that is your fault, then do so. The car was also sold to me with no jack, my requests have also been ignored.
