Parktown public school disgusting service

There service is bad disgusting at Parktown public school I went there to take forms for grade R they said the forms are finished and last week then I called them asking about when will registration for grade R opening they said today on the 13 September but when I got there I spend 2 hours outside not attended the security come and he was disrespecting and rude he said the forms are finished but they said the forms will be out today can you help on this matter how can forms be finished while today it's the opening day for registration for grade R their service is bad they very rude standing outside with some parents in the sun just to get attended when we call the office they don't even answer they didn't even want to attend us at all we ended up going not being helped we need space for out children we need help on this issue
