Park town Convenience

I am writing this email so furious. How dare your staff in Engen Park town tell me that if I’m not happy I must send an email ?? They told me to send an email knowing very well that nothing will be done to them ??? Is that why they were so comfortable screaming at me and telling me where to get off ??? My friend went in the shop unaware that the face shield wasn’t allowed and no one stopped her from going in the shop. I am wearing a mask but I found myself being attacked I’m assuming I was being attacked on on behalf of my friend and my friend was wrong but how they went about it was so wrong.

I will escalating this further because I still don’t understand what made your staff scream at me and still tell me that it is fine to send an email
