This is a 100% **** as i saw an ad last night and got response back this morning but i always research any company especially when money has to be paid over to them and in this case this are requesting your 3 month payslips with bank statement in order to vet you and when you are approved you will have to pay R1000 of some sort of Admin fee to be able to get the address of the property and get onto the list for viewing. I found the below emails listed and did some digging myself as well and when i spoke to the PPRA representative Percy Msthali he could not find Parkson Aim Realtors as a listed Realtor Company and the Certificate Number given belonged to another Realtor Agent who works for completely different Company. They requested from me the correspondence between myself and the Agent Jeremy Jood and to send them an email to *** which i have subsequently done in order for them to investigate and expose these *****ulent companies who are ****ming people out of their hard earned money. Please be careful of these companies because as the saying goes that if it seems to good to be true then it probably is.

I was looking for an apartment in Cape town and found their ad on GumTree. Wanting to proceed with the application form they sent, I noticed the application had the name "Parkson Properties Group" on it. This was unusual and so I asked the "agent" who's ad it was on GumTree, "Jeremy". In response I was told I was wrong, that that is their company, and that I should just continue with the application (R1000 admin Fee). Upon investigating I found that the company, who's application they're using is an American company based in Texas, completely unaffiliated with "Parkson Aim Realtors". I also asked more credible companies whether they were aware of "Parkson Aim Realtors", they were not. When I mentioned this to the "agent" he called me a "Big Fool" and proceeded to block me. I highly recommend you steer clear.
