Shoddy workmanship and no guarantee

In late 2015 I contracted Parkmore paving to supply paving to large patio area. A month after the job was completed all the grouting starting to breakup. It seems the structural integrity of the base for the paving has collapsed causing all the tiles to move and the grouting to subsequently break up. I have contacted Parkmore paving several times telephonically and by email. Each time they promised to send someone even booking appointments. They never arrived. I sent them a few emails as well as a threat to publicly expose them and their shoddy workmanship. No answer. They are supposed to be MBA members but despite several requests to the MBA for confirmation of this I have yet to receive an answer. As for the 5 year guarantee well that clearly is ******* as well.<br> <br> The person I dealt with at Parkmore Paving was Dave Turner and his secretary Connie.<br> <br> Folks DO NOT under any circumstances use these people to do your paving or any other work. You will be sorry and you will waste your money.
