Paving job

We used Parkmore Paving who offer a five year guarantee on workmanship and materials . From the time they finished the job which cost in the region of 500 000 we have called Sean to complain about the bad workmanship. He refuses to come out and redo the paving in most of the areas . Appointments were made and he never arrived . They members of the MBA does this mean anything ???? Will never recommend this company to anyone . It's a year and we still waiting for him to take responsibility and do the necessary replacing of the bricks that have lifted . The brickwork is a mess to say the least
