Brenda charged us R181.95 for water but we did not exceed the free monthly water allocation. She cannot even detail her invoice (How much we exceeded by? In which month? At what rate?). This is unprofessional and abuse of power. After calling her and trying to reason she was not prepared to explain her actions and keeps changing her story of the origin of R181.95.
My issue was attended too in a professional manner and handled accordingly. The amount due was infact correct as the recon was explained to me. I was at fault this time around, my bet.
