We have been renting from them for a while. We made multiple requests for the place to be painted but got declined as they only paint, according to them, every 5 years.. This is insane as they use the cheapest paint available. The place has water damage that was reported and never fixed. The doors were rotting off and have never be changed or fixed. I notified them that the light at the front door is rusting off and breaking, never got replaced but I am being charged with its replacement upon my exit. These people will do everything to keep your deposit. Stay clear of them.
