Absolute nightmare

Flat unfinished upon handover, gap in plastering took 2 months to rectify, never got painted then charged us to paint the flat although it is a requirement the letting agency paint the flat once a year, delay on deposit re-payment, non-compliance with South African law as no interest was paid on the deposit held, no feedback or delayed feedback on issues such as no water in the flat, absolutely no joy in dealing with these people. one person arrived smelling of alcohol to the pre-inspection, nearly impossible to set up an exit inspection. They tried to cut as much from the deposit payment as possible. This is a greedy, lazy and sub-standard letting service. Spare yourself the frustration and DO NOT RENT FROM THEM.
