Dissatisfied with Parklands HOA.

I am writing about Parklands Home Owners Association as a Home owner with her house in the final leg in the market.

The conveyencing attorneys at hand are awaiting a letter from the Parklands HOA, which upon me calling them HOA today they emailed the letter denying us a transfer for our house to the new owners.

The house we have owned 9 years and 11 months, we bought it in the very colour we continued to paint with.

The owners before us sold the house to us in a blue shaded colour as we kept it, how did the Parklands HOA let them get away with that ?

Why today December 2025 a letter from the association of owners is a hindrance to us and the conveyancers ?

Please somebody help us out, this is not the COCT - City of Cape Town but an association of owners.

Is this a racial hindrance ? The previous owners were coloureds, and we are AmaXhosa born bred in South Africa 🇿🇦.
