Service is a joke

Tried to enter the estate as i am an owner. My access tags again not working and having to endure abuse from visitors and the security standing around like a statue.

It took 40 minutes to enter my property and there is no system to accommodate such issues yet you are expected to pay levies on time. If i had an emergency i was not able to enter my own property.
