Rental application

My experience was extremely horrific , I submitted my application and the admin fee and I am still waiting for over a week only to be told that the agent is on leave and I need to wait for other week , there is no sense of urgency people are stranded and looking for accommodation while you are comfortable, this is not Acc . My agent is Natasha
